Substantial settlement obtained

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently secured a substantial settlement for some wonderful clients who waited very patiently for justice to be done.  The case involved negligent work by contractors that resulted in substantial property damage to their home.  Before hiring Mogenson & Branson, LLC, the clients were offered $80,000 to settle the case.  After a couple of years of hard work, the case was settled for $475,000!  The clients can finally do the repairs that are needed and move on with their lives.  Kyle Branson served as lead counsel on the case.
