Significant Settlements for Families

It is with great honor and satisfaction that we announce the attorneys of Mogenson & Branson, LLC have resolved another case for the dance families of The Pointe Dance Studio.

This is the seventh time we have been trusted to represent a family associated with the dance studio in an injury action against third parties.  With our latest result, the amount collected totals well over a quarter of a million dollars.  While the cases have ranged from a couple thousand dollars to over six figures, each one has been important and we have relished in the opportunity to fight for these families.
