Significant Recovery for Disabled Adult

Our firm recently had the honor of representing a disabled adult who suffered severe and permanent injuries as a result of ingesting lighter fluid that the disabled adult ingested after it was negligently left out by the staff of the professional care facility.  Our client suffered and continues to suffer from recurring bouts of pneumonia as a result of the damage to the lungs.  The settlement was a sizable 6 figure settlement that will help provide care to our client for years to come.  Kyle A.
