Sexual Assault P.F.A. dismissed

On November 13, 2017, Mogenson & Branson, LLC had the privilege of representing a falsely accused person in an area District Court.  The case was an alleged sexual assault P.F.A. and involved numerous witnesses, including an expert University of Kansas Medical Center S.A.N.E. nurse.

Michael S. Mogenson was lead counsel on the matter and through cross-examination was able to expose numerous flaws and inaccuracies in the plaintiff’s evidence.  Mr. Mogenson was able to contradict the witness testimony with photographic evidence and competing witnesses that demonstrated that this case was worthy of a dismissal.  The Coup d’état was when Mr. Mogenson got the S.A.N.E. nurse to admit that she could not definitively testify that a sexual assault had ever even taken place.

At the close of evidence the Court granted a dismissal and this case is closed.
