Over $6 Million Recovered

Mogenson & Branson, LLC is honored to announce the Missouri Circuit Court has approved a settlement for Wrongful Death on behalf of our clients and fellow heirs.  The settlement only releases one of two Defendants from the cause and the case goes forward against the corporate Defendant.  The $6,025,000.00 recovery exhausted all available insurance coverage.  This is the third Wrongful Death case that Mogenson & Branson, LLC have recovered all available coverage within the last year.  In all three of these Wrongful Death actions our litigation team has been led by 2023 Super Lawyer Honoree, Michael S. Mogenson.

Recoveries like this can never replace the person lost, but it can assist the heirs in moving forward with life.  It is an honor to be trusted with such an important task and we cherish the opportunity to work for these families.
