Motion to Dismiss Granted

On December 22, 2016, our firm received a filed-stamped Journal Entry of Dismissal granting a prior Motion to Dismiss a criminal complaint in an area Kansas District Court.  The Motion was brought by lead counsel, Michael Mogenson, and the Court decided the issue by filing the Order.  The Order dismisses a DUI charge that was improperly filed.  It will be a Merry Christmas for our client, indeed.
