Making Insurance Pay

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently handled a case where a well known insurance company refused to pay the entire medical benefit available under the applicable insurance policy.  It took filing suit against the insurance company, discovery, and nearly a trial, but eventually the insurance company saw the light and agreed to pay the remaining benefits.  The insurance company’s stubborn refusal to promptly pay the benefits cost it having to also pay costs and attorneys’ fees, which exceeded the medical benefits owed.  If you need help against the insurance industry, give us a call!  Kyle Branson acted as lead counsel on the case.
