Grandparent Visitation

On Friday, May 6, 2016, Kyle A. Branson argued a difficult and highly contested grandparent visitation case in Abilene, KS. After a half day of testimony, the Court awarded our client nearly everything she was requesting, and did NOT order our client, the grandparent, to pay the other side’s attorney’s fees, which is highly unusual in a grandparent visitation case. This was a huge victory for our client after years of frustration and disappointment to two wonderful and innocent children.
