DWI Dismissed!

An area Missouri Circuit Court was site of the latest dismissal of criminal charges for a client of Mogenson & Branson, LLC.  Michael Mogenson was lead counsel on the case involving a young professional who was charged with DWI.  While the State appeared to have a prima facie case, Mr. Mogenson’s review of the discovery, specifically the certification documents relating the officer’s training and operation of the breath testing device, revealed problems.  After bringing the issues to the attention of the appropriate authorities the charge was dismissed.

The value of having experienced counsel who will find defenses others may miss is priceless.  This client is thrilled he had that kind of representation.
