DUI Dismissed

On November 15, 2016, Mogenson & Branson, LLC represented the interests of a young lady who had been accused of DUI in an area municipality.  Michael Mogenson was lead counsel on the case.  While the report filed by the officer alleged several clues of impairment, the video of the incident told a completely different story.  The matter was set for trial and continued by the City previously.  This time when the Defense was ready for trial, the case was dismissed.

Today proves the old adage, good things can happen when you are ready for trial.
