DUI Dismissal

On June 15, 2017 we appeared in a Kansas City area municipal court for trial on a DUI involving Hit & Run charges.  Kyle A. Branson acted as lead counsel on the case.  After careful review of many hours of police video footage produced in discovery, Mr. Branson discovered conflicting evidence that was essential to the charges.  After reviewing this evidence with the City, the City agreed that a conviction could not be obtained and dismissed the charges.  A careful review of all the evidence in the case is important in every case, and that’s just one of the ways we make sure that our clients’ rights are protected.
