DUI Dismissal

June 14, 2016, was a good day at Mogenson & Branson, LLC. Motions to Suppress and memorandums of law submitted by Michael S. Mogenson lead to the dismissal of DUI charges against our clients in two different jurisdictions.
First in Basehor Municipal Court, a young doctor was unjustly accused of DUI and after reviewing the motions filed on our clients behalf the powers that be agreed. The DUI was dismissed.
Then in Gardner Municipal Court, we were able to secure a dismissal of a DUI charge in a case where several constitutional issues were raised by Mr. Mogenson.
The end result, two wins, one day.
