DL Hearing

August 3, 2016, saw Mogenson & Branson, LLC preserve the driving privileges of another hardworking citizen.
Michael S. Mogenson was lead counsel in the administrative action heard in Wyandotte County, Kansas. After a contested hearing and considering the evidence the administrative hearing officer appropriately dismissed the DL suspension.
The preservation of this clients driving privileges will allow him to continue to his employment without worry of driving while suspended.
