Dismissal

Johnson County District Court was the site of the latest dismissal of criminal charges against one of our clients.
The case, which had been pending for months, had seen little movement in negotiations until it was set for trial. As the trial date approached, lead counsel Michael S. Mogenson stayed in regular contact with the prosecutor. The day before trial, our client received the good news; case Dismissed.
