Charge Dismissed

On December 14, 2016, Mogenson & Branson, LLC were successful in defending another DUI case.  Michael Mogenson was lead counsel on this case in a metropolitan area Municipal Court.  The discovery in the case contained a report that outlined what would appear on its face to be numerous indicators of impairment.  The video, however, told a much different story.  After meeting with the appropriate authorities and reviewing the video with the same, the DUI was dismissed for a complete lack of evidence.  Vindication for a hard working citizen who was thankful he hired our firm to protect his interests.
