Charge dismissed

On November 1, 2016, Mogenson & Branson, LLC appeared in Johnson County Kansas District Court on behalf of a client who was charged with selling alcohol to a minor in an undercover operation.  Kyle A. Branson acted as lead counsel.  After discussing the facts and evidence in the case with the prosecutor, Mr. Branson was able to convince the state to dismiss the charge upon payment of court costs.  The client was adamant of his innocence, and a just result followed.
