Case remanded by Kansas Supreme Court, dismissed.
April 23, 2018
On March 30, 2018, the Kansas Court of Appeals, at the direction of the Kansas Supreme Court, re-evaluated their earlier decision upholding a conviction against one of our clients. This case has been a 6-year fight that has spanned each level of Kansas State Court. We are absolutely thrilled to announce that once the prosecutor received the most recent decision of the Kansas Court of Appeals, he has agreed the case against our client must be dismissed with prejudice. The Order of Dismissal has now been filed and this 6-year war has finally been won.

Justice may not always be swift, but if you stay the course and fight for the Constitution of the United States of America, good will often prevail.
