A win is a win!

Mogenson & Branson, LLC recently secured another win for a client charged with DUI.  After trying the case and losing in municipal court, Mogenson & Branson, LLC appealed the decision to a local Kansas District Court.  A jury trial was requested and the case was fully prepped for trial.  On the day before the jury trial was scheduled to begin, the prosecution finally conceded and dismissed the case.  The evidence simply did not support the charge, and after repeated efforts of pointing this out, the prosecution finally agreed.  In the words of the prosecutor, “you win”.  It was an important and fulfilling victory for our client.  Kyle Branson acted as lead counsel on the case.
