$100,000 Judgment Obtained

Mogenson & Branson, LLC is pleased to announce another victory for our clients. In May of 2019 Kyle A. Branson, lead counsel on the case, completed what ended up being a 4-day bench trial bifurcated over 4 separate days. The case was in the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. After hearing evidence, the Plaintiff’s claims were dismissed entirely, and the Court instead entered a judgment in favor of our client on her counter-claim for $100,000. This was the same client for whom we had just successfully defended a case against the same opposing party in April of this year. As such, nearly half-million dollar win for our client in total.
